(born 10 October 1836 in Lainate, Italy, died 23 July 1886 in Billerica, Massachusetts), musical theater dancer and choreographer. Morlacchi studied ballet at the Teatro alla Scala, Milan, with Carlo Blasis, and made her debut in 1856 at the Teatro Carlo Felice, Genoa, in Jules Perrot's ballet version of Faust. After engagements in major European cities and several seasons at Her Majesty's Theatre in London, she went to the United States to star in The Devil's Auction, a musical spectacle.
