Quick Reference
A MAP kinase kinase kinase (NFκB-inducing kinase, MAP3K14, 947 aa) that activates the CD28 responsive element (CD28RE) of the IL-2 promoter and is downstream of the TNFα, IL-1, and CD95 signalling cascades that activate NFκB.
