An autosomal dominant condition of males who have all or some of the physical features of Turner’s syndrome in females but normal sex chromosomes. It is often associated with a low testosterone level and sometimes with reduced sperm production. Other features include cardiovascular defects and most affected individuals have short stature and mild mental retardation. J. Noonan (1921), US paediatrician
