The sequence of the items on the agenda of a business meeting. It is usual to adopt the following order: apologies for absence; reading and signing of the minutes of the last meeting; matters arising from these minutes; new correspondence received; reading and adoption of reports, accounts, etc.; election of officers and auditors; any special motions; any other business; date of next meeting.
