A flexibility exercise for the chest muscles.

▪ Stand in a doorway with one foot a stride in front of the other. Raise your arms to shoulder height, bend your elbows, and grasp the door frame with your hands. Using your arm muscles, press forward on the door frame as hard as you can. Hold the contraction for a few seconds. Relax and shift your weight forward so that the chest muscles and those at the front of your shoulders are stretched. Hold the stretch for about 6 seconds, then relax.
