A short prose Upaniṣad assigned to the Atharva Veda. Its six chapters takes the form of the ṛṣi Pippalāda's answer to six questions (praśnas) asked by six brahmins. The questions cover such topics as the nature of creatures and persons, the nature of prāṇa, and meditation on oṃ.
