(fl. 1800–47).

English architect of Italian descent. The son of Biagio Rebecca (1735–1808), the decorative painter, he practised in London and Sussex. He designed Castle Goring, near Arundel, Sussex (c. 1795–1815), Neo-Classical on one side and castellated on the other. He seems to have specialized in Tudor Gothic, but could turn his hand to Greek Doric to some effect.
