How much people remember of a specific advertising campaign after the campaign has ended. Recall is a one-dimensional measure of the effectiveness of an ad campaign in print and broadcast media. Recall figures can be improved substantially by vast spending. Recall, however, does not measure whether or not the target audience has developed any preference for the brand advertised.
