A statutory book required to be maintained by public companies. Interests in shares disclosed to the company by those persons knowingly interested in 3% or more of any class of the voting share capital must be disclosed in the register. Investments held by a spouse, children under 18 years, and corporate bodies over which the person has control are added to the person’s own interests.
