Quick Reference
In OT the hand or arm of the Lord is a way of expressing his saving power. The king of Israel was said to be at the right hand of God when he was enthroned (Ps. 110). The ascension of Jesus to the right hand of God (Heb. 1: 3) implies that the pioneer of our salvation (2: 10) now possesses sovereignty: God reigns and judges through Jesus.
