A type of cutaneous lymphoma in which the affected cells are peripheral CD4+ T-cells that have pathological quantities of mucopolysaccharides. Sezary's disease is sometimes considered a late stage of mycosis fungoides, but the cause is unknown. HuT-78 cells were derived from a patient with this syndrome.
