A NASA term for a sleeping bag used in a spacecraft. Located in the mid-deck in a space shuttle, the sleep restraints are each attached to a padded board to keep the sleeper from floating around the craft (due to effects of low level gravity or microgravity). The narrow private bunk area also contains a reading light and ventilation ducts.
