A season of ballet performances organized at Paris's Théâtre de la Cigale by Comte Étienne de Beaumont, 17 May to 30 Jun. 1924. Its premieres included Mercure (mus. Satie, des. Picasso), Salade (mus. Milhaud, des. Braque), and Le Beau Danube (mus. J. Strauss, arr. Desormière, des. V. Polunin), all choreographed by Massine. The season also featured Cocteau's production of Romeo and Juliet (des. J. Hugo).
