A mobility exercise that strengthens and improves the flexibility of the leg and hip muscles (figure 63).

▪ Crouch on the floor and rest your weight on your hands and feet. Your left leg should be bent under your chest and your right leg extended behind. Simultaneously bring the right leg up to your chest and extend the left leg backwards. Repeat by swapping the positions of the legs.
