Quick Reference

A simple and quick exercise to strengthen the abdominal muscles.▪ Lie on your back, legs bent, and feet flat on the floor. Clasp your hands on top of your head, then slowly and gently raise your legs and move your knees and chin towards each other (do not force your head upwards with your hands). Slowly return to the start position. Most people should be able to do about 10 repetitions.
