A stretching exercise that improves the flexibility of the groin muscles (muscles on the inner surface of the thighs).▪ Stand upright. Assume a stride position with your hands on the floor or on the back of a chair to maintain balance. Lower your buttocks until you feel a stretch. Hold for a few seconds. Return to the starting position. Relax. Repeat with the other leg.
