Weber (1863–1962), English physician] A rare genetic disorder characterized by excessive blood vessel growth affecting the upper part of the face which may extend intracranially. There may be associated convulsions, hemiplegia, or intellectual impairment. The condition presents risks for surgery. Treatment is symptomatic.
