Quick Reference

A series representation for a function f having continuous derivatives of all orders. The series is It is the Maclaurin series of F, where F(x)=f(a+x), so in the case a=0 the Taylor and Maclaurin series are identical. As in the case of Maclaurin series, the Taylor series may or may not be convergent to F(x), and can vanish altogether.
