trigonometric tables

Quick Reference

Tables showing the values of the trigonometric functions, usually just for values of arguments from 0 to 90 degrees or 0 to π/2 rads because all other values can be calculated from these. They are now largely redundant because calculators can compute the values very quickly by means of the trigonometric series expansions—transforming degrees into radians where necessary first.
