Quick Reference

(16th century ce?)

A Śrī Vidyā text in praise of the goddess Tripurasundarī, which, through its title, also attempts to align itself with the Vedic tradition (one of its two recensions claims to belong, to the Ṛg Veda, the other to the Atharva Veda). It generated a number of commentaries, including one by Bhāskarāya (1728–50).
