A simple exercise for stretching upper body muscles. It is often used as part of a warm-up routine.

▪ Stand with your feet astride and firmly fixed on the ground. Interlock your hands and raise both elbows to shoulder height. Slowly and smoothly rotate your trunk first one way then the other. Use your elbows to exert some extra tension.
