An arrangement of a wire or wires. Circumferential wiring is used as a method of immobilization of a jaw fracture; a splint is held in place by wires passing around the bone and through the soft tissues with the ends exiting in the oral cavity. Continuous loop (multiple loop) wiring is a means of jaw fracture fixation and reduction by wiring the teeth.
