Quick Reference

Usually designed by the teacher and used in primary schools, these are cards which provide information and the briefing for a related activity or activities. They are a means of facilitating individual learning undertaken at the learner's own pace, and also allow for differentiation of activity. They enable the teacher to allocate learning tasks of different types and levels to individual pupils within a class, rather than requiring all pupils to be always working at the same pace and level.
