In civil proceedings, a writ used in the enforcement of a judgment. Writs of execution include a writ of * fieri facias, a writ of possession, a writ of delivery, and a writ of sequestration. In the county court execution is effected by a bailiff under a warrant of execution. Relevant procedural rules are set out in Schedules 1 and 2 to the Civil Procedure Rules.
