Polish architect. He designed the Olympic Training Centre, Warsaw (1962), the Swimming Pool, Zgorzelec (1975), the Auditorium and Sports Hall, Bydgoszcz (1973–in which zoömorphic elements may be detected), the Sports Centre, Czestochowa (1988), the Sports Hall, Zakopane (1990), and the Mediterranean Games Complex, Latakia, Syria (1982–7). He also designed the huge Presidential Palace, Damascus, Syria (1985).
