A trade name for a polyvinyl acetate fibre impregnated with tetracycline used as a form of chemotherapy to provide a topical antibiotic for the treatment of periodontal disease. The impregnated fibres are packed into the gingival pocket and retained for about 10 days by means of a cyanoacrylate adhesive.
