In the Passover Haggadah, the questions traditionally asked by the youngest member of a Jewish household on Seder Night; this part of the Passover celebrations. The name comes from the formulaic beginning of the questions, meaning ‘What makes this night different from all other nights?’, and the questions are, ‘What is the meaning of the precepts, statutes, and laws which the Lord our God has given you?’ (Deuteronomy 6:20), ‘Why is this rite observed by you?’ (Exodus 12:26), and ‘What is this?’ (Exodus 13:14).
