Pelican Nebula

A diffuse nebula in Cygnus, so named because of its resemblance to a pelican on long-exposure photographs; also known as IC 5067 and 5070. The Pelican Nebula is about 1 ° wide. It lies next to the larger and brighter North America Nebula, and is part of the same cloud.
