Falkiner, Sir Frederick Richard (1831–1908), judge, was born at Mount Falcon, Borrisokane, co. Tipperary, on 19 January 1831, the third son of Richard Miles Falkiner (1778–1833) and his wife, Tempe, née Litton (1796–1888).
