We apply the procedure that we proposed in a previous paper to the extended massless Thirring model with SU(2) symmetry and attempt to derive the equivalent boson model in the Minkowski path integral formulation. In our procedure we can directly observe the correspondence between the fermion current and the boson field. We find that we need two kinds of boson fields in the corresponding boson model, though the correspondence is similar to the original one for the bosonization of the Thirring model. One of these boson fields is normal, but the other seems to be a ghost. We also have a ghost boson field in the bosonization of the ordinary Thirring model, which is decoupled from other fields and is eventually eliminated. In the case considered in this paper, however, the boson fields are coupled to each other, and it is difficult to eliminate the ghost field from the system.
