This chapter addresses the story of Sofia Maskin. Her family went to Pakistan, a week before her seventh birthday in England. Sofia thinks that that experience of going back home put a tiny spark inside of her which made her want to travel to see things outside of Bradford. Growing up, she went through all sorts of phases that made her ask questions about identity. As her interest and knowledge in her faith grows, Sofia's life and travel choices seem to be navigated by the scholars she admires and looks up to. She further explains why she loves the UK.
