It discusses Arthur James Balfour's declaration of the opening of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1925 and Theodor Herzl's formulation of the Zionist project. The chapter describes the territorial disputes of the Zionists of Israel with the neighbouring territories of Lebanon, Syria and Gaza.
