Show Summary Details

Over the years, Allen Jones had become convinced that there was no God of Second Chances. The God he had been dealing with had given him three, four, five, and more. So he should not have been surprised when just before he left Montreat Anderson Junior College, he was approached by Coach Charles Moir of Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia. He had just been voted Coach of the Year in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) small college division after his team won the men's basketball national championship, and he wanted me to come to the school and help them defend their title. The one catch was that he would have to go to summer school before gaining admission, but he promised that, once he got to Salem, he would have a job so he would have cash in his pocket.
