This chapter argues for the significance of theology to philosophy and for the importance of philosophical theology rather than philosophy of religion. It shows how a new space for analogical thinking was opened up by certain poststructuralist discourses and how this space enables the analysis of analogical worlds and cosmological projects. This chapter traces the developments in poststructural thinking that influenced changes in the philosophy of religion and the return to the analogical worldview.
