This chapter examines the medieval Coptic cemetery discovered at the Naqlun archaeological site in the Fayoum Oasis in Egypt. A total of 373 burials were uncovered which include men, women, and children from a local Coptic community. However, none of the burials show any feature that could connect them with the monastic community and only two graves could be identified as belonging to members of the clergy. This chapter provides the site plan and photographs of the cemetery.
