This chapter proposes a generic framework for e-learning tutor training in China. It explains that this approach not only trains online tutors to use the new learning tools/technologies of a given platform and how to handle the tasks/activities within the course materials but also provides them with the conceptual tools to analyze such tools and materials for themselves. This so-called e-Educator module is designed for use across the higher education sector in Great Britain and China.
