This chapter presents come final thoughts from the author. He says that for many years he ignored the unnerving nebulousness of being between by seeking concrete answers to the quandaries of the human condition. In the end, the sinuous path described in this book has led him not to some grandiose conclusion about the nature of human being but rather to accept the ultimate impermanence of things. It has led him not to semiconscious travel on the straight highway but to passionate flight on the wings of the wind.
