Wolfe, Linnie Marsh (08 January 1881–15 September 1945), biographer and librarian, was born in Big Rapids, Michigan, the daughter of Daniel Marsh and Flora Badger. Wolfe received an A.B. from Whitman College and an A.M. in English from Radcliffe College in 1907. She was also a graduate of the University of Southern California Library School. She taught briefly in the public school system in the state of Washington. Later she was a librarian for the public library system in Los Angeles, as well as for several Los Angeles high schools. She married Roy N. Wolfe in 1924; they had no children....
