Born 2 May 1621, in Amsterdam; died 20 October 1707, in Amsterdam, buried 9 June 1676 in Amsterdam according to some sources.

Hendrik Dubbels was appointed dean of the Guild of St Luke in 1650. He married his first wife, Janette Cornelis Clucht, in 1651; then, in 1656, Annetje de Haas became his second wife. He took on Ludolf Backhuyzen as his pupil in around 1670....
